The service

Get It Gone Junk Removal ("we", "us") provides junk hauling and cleanout services in Lancaster, Ohio and surrounding towns. By booking a job with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

• All quotes are free. Quotes given by phone or text from photos are estimates.
• Your final price is always confirmed with you before we load anything — never after.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due when the job is done, unless we've agreed otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• You own the items being removed, or you have the owner's permission to have them hauled away.
• You'll give us reasonable access to where the items are (upstairs, basement, garage, yard).
• We don't haul hazardous materials: chemicals, asbestos, fuel, propane tanks, wet paint, or anything flammable, toxic, or illegal. If you're unsure, ask us first.

Scheduling

We'll confirm your pickup window ahead of time. If we're running late, we'll text you. If you need to reschedule, just call or text (740) 503-0903 — life happens.

Damage

We take care in your home, and we sweep up before we leave. If something of yours gets damaged during a job, tell us before we leave and we'll make it right.
